Before using WebPT, it would have been nearly impossible for me to bill insurance companies, because of the extensive paperwork involved—WebPT makes that much easier. I also have experience training an administrative assistant to use it. Even though the admin was not particularly computer savvy, she was able to easily learn to navigate the program. 

For a solo independent practice like mine WebPT offers the basic features needed at a reasonable price and allows me to choose additional services as I need or can afford them. Many systems provide too much in the initial package making it too expensive. I like how I can create my own system that works for me. 

WebPT ties the note directly to the bill to ensure compliance on most regulations and help prevent claim denials. We had a Medicare audit a few years back and thanks to WebPT assisting our physical therapists be compliant and accurate with their documentation we passed with flying colors. 

We use WebPT for our scheduling, documentation and customer connection. They have a comprehensive product with additional add-ons available. They have always been a leading source of accurate info and quality service in the industry. 

If something does go down they consistently fix it in a short period of time. I have been extremely happy with WebPT and highly recommend them.

I like how the patient charts are organized. They make it easy to find information. The treatment notes and documentation are straightforward to use, which I appreciate as a biller. I also like that I can access the EMR from anywhere since it is cloud-based. 

Now that I am an owner of a practice I have found using analytics to be very effective, and I have also seen how easily things like information intake and document organization can also be. 

We have tried other EMRs and nothing beats WebPT in all categories. The billing portion as well makes claims and reporting to senior admins happy with our results. The fact that it is web based makes it easy to use anywhere you have an internet connection. 

The ease of use and the modern feeling of the software is what keeps us coming back. Being able to have a new employee trained on the software in less than a week is a money saver. 

We love the clear integrative system and the ease of use. The system is simple to train new employees and yet has a depth to it that we are still learning to utilize better, ie Reports. 

I have used many other electronic medical records in the past and this has been by far the easiest, most intuitive, and least cumbersome of them all. It seems much more "designed especially for physical therapists" as compared to the others. 

Our main EMR system is set up for inpatient services, so WebPT was a breath of fresh air to our therapists who were experiencing a heavy demand with paperwork but were unable to connect all the dots of tracking patient visits, recertification dates, and communicating with providers.

WebPT has significantly improved our documentation as well as decreased our cancellation/no-show rate with the scheduling features. WebPT has helped save staff time in sending records requests and making phone calls to patients as well.
