Check Out the WebPT Support Hub

We received your request and wanted to let you know of an important update regarding our support process. 

In November 2023, our support team unveiled an enhanced Member experience designed to consolidate all necessary resources into a user-friendly, one-stop-shop called the WebPT Support Hub.

To access the new Support Hub, please follow these simple steps:

1. Log in to your WebPT account
2. Click on the community icon located in the top right corner of the page
   

In the Support Hub, you can find specific answers to a wide range of questions 24/7 or quickly and easily submit a support case for assistance.  If you don’t have a WebPT login, have a user manager in your clinic set you up as a clerical user for free.
